CANM8-CRUISELINK Multi Output CAN Bus Interface

CANM8-CRUISELINK is specifically designed to provide some of the signal outputs required when installing aftermarket Cruise Control systems to vehicles that features CAN Bus wiring.

The interface features a high resolution speed pulse output, a 25:1 pulsed RPM output and an ignition switch dependent 12v+ output.

Installation

The standard interface features a mini wiring connector, which unplugs to allow easy installation. There are 2 connections to the vehicle CAN Bus wiring (CAN Hi & CAN Lo) along with a connection to a permanent, fused 12v power supply and an earth connection. Alternatively, a 'Plug & Play' connection loom is available seperately.

The remaining 3 wires are outputs which are generated from the CAN bus, for connection to the Cruise Control system. These outputs are:

• 12v Pulsed Speed Signal (50 Hz / 1MPH)
  
• 12V Pulsed RPM Signal (1 Hz / 25 RPM)
  
• 12v Ignition On

The CANM8-CRUISELINK Interface should be connected as below:

RED              Permanent 12v+
BLACK         Ground (0v)

WHITE          CAN HI
BLUE            CAN LO

PURPLE     12V+ 'Ignition On' output (1A Max)
GREEN       12V+ Speed Pulse output.
YELLOW    12v+ RPM output.
