The CANM8-DUO interface features 2 outputs derived from the vehicle CAN Bus, providing a speed pulse together with a switched 12v+ ignition output, featuring 'Key In' functionality.
The unit features compatibility with over 300 vehicle models and can be connected direct to the CAN Bus wiring at the vehicle audio connector.
This interface is supplied with a 6 wire universal loom as standard, Plug & Play looms are available separately.
Now available with a high frequency speed pulsed output, providing approximately 14,400 pulses per mile!!

The CANM8-DUO Interface should be connected as below:
RED Permanent 12v+
BLACK Ground (0v)
WHITE CAN HI
BLUE CAN LO
GREEN Speed pulse (12v+ : Approx 1 Hz / 1 MPH)
PURPLE 12V+ 'Ignition On' output (1A Max)***
***Key-In Functionality is available to compatible vehicles.
The CANM8-DUO interface will produce a 12v+ output whenever ignition or 'Key In' activity is detected as applicable.
If the vehicle features 'Key In' detection, the 12v+ output will remain when the ignition switch is turned back to the 'Off' position and the key is left in the barrel. The output will remain on for a maximum of 30 minutes unless the key is removed.
