CANM8-ICELINK is a universal CAN Bus steering control interface that provides remote control of aftermarket audio systems via the OE steering wheel controls.
The interface is extremely flexible and features compatibility with many different vehicle types and four main audio manufacturers.
As standard, the interface is supplied with a universal wiring loom. Vehicle specific 'Plug & Play' looms are available seperately.
The interface provides the following outputs for connection to the new audio or navigation system as required:
- 12v+ Switched Ignition With 'Key-In' Operation (1A Max)
- 12v+ Speed Pulse (Approx 1Hz / 1 MPH)
- Illumination Output (12v+ : 1 Amp Max.)
- Reverse Output (12v+ : 1 Amp Max.)
- Park Brake (0v)
The CANM8-ICELINK interface features advanced CAN Bus identification software, enabling the same interface to be connected to many different vehicle models.
